Yes, every single piece is 100% handmade by our female artisans using yarn to create intricate, colorful patterns. No machines, no mass production — just skill, time, and love.
We recommend spot cleaning only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing as it may distort the yarn and shape. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yes! We love custom orders. You can choose your colors, size preferences, and style. Custom orders may take slightly longer than standard pieces. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your vision.
Payment Information
We accept bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (COD) for local orders within Pakistan. For international orders, payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
Absolutely. We do not store any payment details on our end. All transactions are handled directly through secure banking channels or trusted payment platforms.
At this time we do not offer installment plans. Full payment is required at the time of order. We are working on introducing flexible options in the future.
Yes. Once your payment is received and verified, you will get a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours, along with your order details.
Order Returns
Since each Bagabond piece is entirely handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Each bag takes approximately one week to handcraft. Once completed, shipping takes 3–7 business days locally and 7–14 business days internationally. Total estimated time is 10–21 days from order placement.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we are unable to cancel. Please contact us immediately at [your email] if you need to cancel.
